400 years - History and state of the art production in the Neunkirchen plant

The roots of the Neunkirchen plant reach far back to the year 1593. It is one of the steel locations with the richest history of all and combines history and state of the art production in a unique way. With the highly automated preparation of semi-finished products and further processing especially adapted to customer requirements, Neunkirchen may now count itself among the leading manufacturers of long products in the world. Around 800 employees produce approx. 900,000 tonnes of steel here per year.
